Renovation of a municipal facility in Wellington Station, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Scope of Work: 1. To supply all labour and materials to complete work as outlined in the drawings & specifications. 2. Work includes but not limited to the supply and installation of a new wood strapping, new metal roof and accessories. 3. Tender price to include removal and disposal of construction debris as per regulations. 4. Tenderer is responsible for their own measurements. 5. All work to be conforming to applicable standards and be done by competent trades personnel. 6.
