The owner has selected a Construction Manager. This Request for Qualifications is issued by the City of Charlotte ("City") to acquire the services of a Construction Manager-at-Risk ("CMAR" and/or "Proposer") for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center (CMGC) ADA Implementation Phase II project ("Project"). The Guaranteed Maximum Price ("GMP") estimate for this project is $5,250,000. The City is accepting Statements of Qualifications ("SOQ") from Firms whose combination of relevant experience and personnel will provide timely professional services to the City for this project.
