Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fairfield, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of September 5,2024, project was awarded to Ferraros Painting and Scholar Painting, but awarded amount is not available. The Town of Fairfield (Town) on behalf of its Board of Education (BOE) is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors to furnish and provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary, to perform multiple painting projects at Fairfield Public Schools' facilities. Scaffolding and exterior work are not required as part of this contract.
