Services will include preliminary and final design. The project will widen Dobbins Road roadway to cross section Z-C "scenic corridor" configuration - four through travel lanes. The work will include a 74-foot width of pavement and a multi-use path with active transportation opportunities. Infrastructure work will include a storm drain, traffic signal, landscaping and SRP power, and irrigation relocation are anticipated. The City has created a public web page to provide information to interested consultants regarding the upcoming Dobbins Road project. The web page includes the previous studies completed by the City of Phoenix and MAG. The project is currently scheduled to be advertised in May.
