The San Angelo Independent School District is accepting sealed proposals to purchase a variety of office and classroom supplies for all sites. SAISD will request line-item pricing and catalog discount bids in a variety of categories. Line-item requests are core products that SAISD purchased in the past budget year. Vendors may respond to all or part of the bid. Categories of award will be general office/classroom supplies, office/classroom furniture, grocery items, and specialty supplies. The contract period for this proposal is September 1, 2024, through August 31, 2025, with stated discount for catalog pricing to remain firm throughout the stated time frame. This bid has 2, one-year renewals (9/1/25-8/31/26, 9/1/26-8/31/27). Any deviation from our General Terms and Conditions for Bidding and the Special Terms and Conditions must be noted on the Deviation/Compliance Signature form provided. After evaluation of all proposals is completed, the Purchasing Department will present a recommendation to the SAISD Board of Trustees at a scheduled meeting. The San Angelo Independent School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept any proposal deemed most advantageous to the District.
