The work includes the construction of approximately: 34,900 Sq Yd 1.5" Bituminous Mill 1,050 Sq Yd Remove Bituminous Pavement 9,100 Sq Yd 2" Bituminous Mill 3,500 Lin Ft Concrete Curb & Gutter 6,000 Ton Bituminous Surfacing 56 Each Interior Lining of Catch Basin Rings 1,950 Sq Yd Bituminous Street Patching 33 Each Adjust Casting/valve Box 6,000 Sq Ft Concrete Walk 850 Sq Yd Turf Restoration together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Responsible Contractor Certification. A Proposal Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Montrose shall accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby. Questions Deadline 7/02/2024: Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing to the Issuing Office. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Responses to questions are not part of the Contract Documents unless set forth in an Addendum that expressly modifies or supplements the Contract Documents.
