Site work and paving for a civil project in Longueuil, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and road / highway.
Construction of a Edna-Maricourt interchange to connect Sainte-Hélène Street and Édouard Boulevard above Road 116 in order to relieve traffic congestion, open up neighboring transit and improve traffic mobility in this area. The project will eliminate the unfortunate congestion in the area of Route 116 and Cousineau Boulevard. TIMELINE: The owner's engineering department has completed preliminary studies and budget estimate for the project. Given the scope of expected work, the owner has decided to delay the project implementation and has not included it in its current capital plan for 2025-2026-2027. Project will be followed when/if it proceeds to a design stage. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
