The owner has determined a prequalified list of construction managers. The City of Lenoir's Campus Improvements Project generally consists of renovation and new construction to facilities that are part of the City's Historic Old Lenoir High School facility and surrounding properties. Improvements include significant renovation to the existing gymnasium, auditorium, and an existing, freestanding appurtenant structure, construction of a new open-air multipurpose pavilion and event space, and related site improvements as necessary. The City of Lenoir is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to serve as Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) through the duration of the project. The City of Lenoir is requesting Statements of Qualifications from interested construction management firms for the Campus Improvements project. The total estimated project budget for project design, demolition, construction, renovation of existing facilities, and supporting professional services is approximately $4,300,000. The City reserves the right to schedule interviews with submitting firms following an initial review of the SOQs submitted. Interviews are not guaranteed as part of this process and discretion to call an interview is the sole authority of the City.
