Renovation of a municipal facility in Fairbanks, Alaska. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As of March 11, 2025, this solicitation is under negotiation. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Contractor shall provide professional services for upgrades, replacement, and repairs of the fire alarm panel, and of the sprinkler system in the Fairbanks Regional Office Building (FROB), located at 675 7th Ave, Fairbanks, AK 99701. Included in this work are evaluation of the existing system, providing recommendations to address deficiencies, hazardous material investigation, design services, and bidding and construction support. A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately August 2024 to July 2026.
