Site work for a mixed-use development in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. Design plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
Construction of a new solid waste management facility to include a Scale and scale house, Public drop off area for household waste and recycling, Landfill, Concrete and asphalt management, Wood waste management, Composting, Environmental compliance features such as a leachate, stormwater and landfill gas management. The proposed site is on private land in the Rural Municipality of Moose Jaw, 1.6 kilometres north and west of Highway 1 and Highway 2. TIMELINE: Project plans are to be revised as the City's discretionary use application to build the facility at this site was rejected by the RM of Moose Jaw in 2024. Scope of work and tender and construction schedules will be subject to various regulatory approvals. An update may be available mid-/late 2025, pending owner's final plans. *Cost to be confirmed.
