Scope of Work The selected contractor will be responsible for: Procuring and transporting all necessary materials and equipment. Installing street lights according to the specifications provided. Ensuring all installations comply with safety and electrical standards. Removing and disposing of old fixtures, if applicable. Conducting tests and inspections to ensure proper functionality. Responses will be shared with all potential bidders. The City of Coffevyille reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The project includes the following components: 1. LED Light Fixture Replacement: a. 150W Street Lights (91 units). b. Black 150W Street Lights (9 units) c. 250W Street Lights(102 units) d. Security Flood Lights (99 units) e. Road Intersection Lights (31 units) f. Security Lights (49 units) 2. Wire Infrastructure Enhancement: a. TT Wire 12/2 Romex:. A total length of 32 feet will be required for the 12' arm/3' to source/3' to light configuration, and 42 feet for the 8' arm/3' to source/3' to light configuration. b. #6 Triplex: Replacement and installation i. 11th St from S. Willow St-North Side: 6,681.60 feet ii. 11th St from S. Willow St-South Side: 6,681.60 feet iii. S. Walnut - West Side: 9,260.52 feet iv. S. Walnut - East Side: 9,260.52 feet v. Walmart - east 8th - Inglewood - North: 31,890.82 feet vi. Walmart - east 8th - Inglewood - South: 31,890.82 fee 3.
