Renovation of a multi-residential development in Crestview, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The Crestview Housing Authority (CHA) of Crestview, Florida, is seeking proposals from Licensed and Insured Contractors for Exterior Wall Stucco Services in our Carver Manor community. Ensure there are no bound inhibiting characteristics to prevent proper stucco installation. (Customer will choose color ofstucco). 2. Ensure all flaws, cracks or holes on brick are properly filled and concealed. 3. Ensure entire surfaces are properly cleaned/prepared for bounding. 4. Remove window screens 5. Re-attach window screen after stucco is applied (Contractor provides new screen screws) 6. Foam decorative inserts on the front corners ofeach building (end ofthe units, see units on McCallum Avenue for pattern description) 7. Apply a concrete bounding agent to exterior walls. 8. Apply 1/4% to 1/2 % basecoat. 9. Apply final coat with paint (white). 10. All site locations must be cleaned at the conclusion ofstucco installation.
