The 413th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Office - Hawaii has a requirement for a contractor to perform elevator assessment, repair, replace, test, inspection, and certification services at Schofield Barracks Buildings 774, 884, and 885 on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. Number of elevators may increase or decrease, and the Government may negotiate changes and modify the contract accordingly. This is a solicitation for commercial services issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under the solicitation number W912CN-24-Q-0024. This acquisition is being solicited as full and open competition. The RFQ contains line item(s) on a firm-fixed price (FFP) basis. See attached solicitation including all attachments and technical exhibit for instructions and information. All offers must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) database under the NAICS requested and have a CAGE code via SAM at www.sam.gov. Offerors shall be responsible to monitor SAM.gov for any updates and/or subsequent amendments to this solicitation. This will be awarded as a firm fixed price type contract for non-severable services and includes unpriced CLINs authorized under FAR 13.302-2. The Period of Performance is anticipated to be 30 months: Base Period: 22 Sep 2024 - 21 Mar 2027. A response to questions submitted will appear as an Amendment to the solicitation and posted to SAM.gov. The deadline for submission of questions is no later than 12:00 PM HST on August 1, 2024.
