Renovation of a military facility in Cortlandt Manor, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The state agency reserves the right to reject any bid, request for assignment, renewal or extension for an entity that appears on the Prohibited Entities List prior to the award, assignment, renewal or extension of a contract, and to pursue a responsibility review with respect to any entity that is awarded a contract and appears on the Prohibited Entities list after contract award. Workers’ Compensation Law (WCL) §57 & §220 requires the heads of all municipal and state entities to ensure that businesses applying for permits, licenses or contracts provide proof that they have appropriate workers’ compensation and disability benefits insurance coverage. These requirements apply to both original contracts and renewals, whether the governmental agency is having the work done or is simply issuing the permit, license or contract The contractor shall post, in a location designated by the State, a copy of the New York State Department of Labor schedules of prevailing wages and supplements for this Project, a copy of all redeterminations of such schedules for the Project, the Workers’ Compensation Law Section 51 notice, all other notices required by law to be posted at the Site, the Department of Labor notice that this Project is a public work project on which each worker is entitled to receive the prevailing wages and supplements for the occupation at which he or she is working, and all other notices which the State directs the contractor to post Provide construction facilities and temporary controls necessary for the Work, unless otherwise indicated. 1. The construction facilities and temporary controls specified to be provided by a particular Contract shall be kept operational by that Contractor for the Work of all related Contracts at all times Work is being performed by a Contractor. 2. The construction facilities and temporary controls specified to be provided by a particular Contractor shall be installed as soon after award of the Contract as necessary to enable the Work of each Contract to proceed on schedule, and maintained until completion of the Work of all related Contracts unless otherwise directed in writing. 3. Any Contractor who requires additions to the construction facilities and temporary controls specified to be provided by another Contractor, shall provide and maintain them. Estimated Cost: $250,000-$500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. MBE Goal: 15% WBE Goal: 15% SDVOB Goal: 6% Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security (i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $23900 for P If required, the Contractor shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total Contract price as security for the faithful performance of this Contract, and for the payment of all persons performing labor or furnishing materials in connection with this contract
