Renovation of a mixed-use development in Garner, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Town is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to paint three (3) Town facilities. The successful Contractor will be responsible for the preparation, surface repairs and painting of the facilities. The proper and highest quality paint shall be supplied by the Contractor for a variety of interior and exterior surfaces. The Contractor must leave the facility in clean, safe, and satisfactory condition daily. All Questions Due - July 18th, 2024, by 12:00 P.M. Various facility painting projects will be at the following locations: Town Hall: 900 7th Avenue, Garner, NC 27529 Interior high traffic areas and Exterior specified areas. Exterior painting includes exterior handrails, generator encloser, side entrance canopy, dumpster barrier, and bollards. Interior painting for high traffic areas is indicated as yellow highlighted areas found on Town Hall Attachment pages. Public Works Buildings A & B: 610 Rand Mill Road, Garner, NC 27529 Interior painting and Exterior painting including exterior handrails, window frames, gutters, downspouts, bollards, doors, wash pit and fuel island canopy. (Note- Fleet garage and metal shop are not part of this painting project.) 912 Police Building: 912 7th Avenue, Garner, NC 27529 Interior and Exterior painting including exterior handrails, bike rack, barrier walls, gates, and bollards.
