Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of work as follows: Item 1. 1,422 LF of 6" PVC Watermain Item 2. 1,552 LF of 8" PVC Watermain Item 3. 1,115 LF ofBore Item 4. Sidewalk and pavement removal and replacement Item 5. Meters Item 6. Etc. Pre-Construction Conference The Engineer will schedule within five (5) days after date of Notice of Award a Pre-Construction Conference. Those in attendance will be: 1. Grayville representatives 2. Consulting Engineer 3. General Contractor 4. Major subcontractors designated for attendance by the Engineer 5. Major equipment suppliers designated for attendance by the Engineer 6. Rural Development The City of Grayville reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
