Questions via Phone Will Not Be Accepted. Bidders Shall Submit Questions No Later Than 5 Days Prior to Bid Opening. Bid Bond Required: Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond in the Form of Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Surety Bond in an Amount Equal to at Least 5% of The Amount of Such Bid.
