Description: The Town of Wells wishes to procure architectural/engineering services for the Town of Wells Facilities Assessment & Masterplan of various Town owned facilities located throughout the Town of Wells, Maine. The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, development of facilities condition assessments, infrastructure requirements, interviews with staff to develop future programming needs and overall assessment of current and future facility capital needs as well as budget costs and target timelines for various improvements. The firm may be required to coordinate this work or additional work with other consultants contracted by the Owner. It is the intent of the Town to enter a contract by September 1, 2024, and have this assessment completed by November 15, 2024. The recommendations may be presented for future consideration of capital funding requests as part of the FY 25/26 budget cycle, which will commence in January 2025.
