The State reserves its right to seek any and all relief it may be entitled to as a result of such non-disclosure. Bidder must have, at time of bid submittal and for the duration of the contract, a valid Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Alarm Company license or a current C7-Low Voltage Systems license issued by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) or a, for the type of work to be performed. Bidder shall obtain, pay for and maintain, in good standing, all necessary licenses and permits to accomplish the work. Bidders will be considered non-responsive unless proper licensing requirements are met. An invalid license will result in rejection of the bid. Positive verification of a valid license issued by the CSLB will be performed by CAL FIRE This contract requires Prevailing Wages if the total bid amount exceeds $1,000.00. If the total bid amount is under $1,000.00, then Prevailing Wage language will be removed prior to award.
