Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Sedalia, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Work will involve upgrades to interior and exterior spaces at Liberty Park Stadium. On the interior, all existing wood decking on the grandstand shall be replaced and new benches and seating added. Additionally, plumbing will be modified and insulation added to spaces to make the stadium usable year round. On the exterior, work will involve removal and replacement of the existing athletic field and fencing, drainage modifications and a new paved parking lot. Bid security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of bid amount shall be made payable, without condition to the owner. Bid security shall be in the form of a Cashier's check or acceptable bid bond issued by a corporate surety listed on the most current United States Department of the Treasury's Listing of Approved Sureties (Department Circular 570). No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least thirty days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicalities therein, to determine the lowest responsible bidder.
