Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 47,420-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.

**Per Addendum 1 the bid date has been extended from 07/11/24 to 07/15/24** The building is a two-story renovation of an existing facility consisting of classrooms and offices. Building Square Footage: 47,420 SF. Scope of work for the TAB (Testing Adjusting and Balancing) Agency consists of furnishing all required materials, tools, instruments, coordination, participation and labor to perform and complete the TAB services per the Project plans and specifications for the above referenced Building Project. a) The HVAC systems for the building consists of water source heat pumps, boilers, cooling tower, pumps, dedicated outside air unit with energy recovery, and fume hood exhausts. b) Controls for the project consist of web accessible, building management control system for the HVAC systems in the building. The HVAC control system will interface into the existing HCC control system. The HVAC control system will be integrated into CEMCS.
