CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW CITY OF SOUTHLAKE MUNICIPAL SERVICE CENTER AND PUBLIC SAFETY TRAINING TOWER Construction of the new City of Southlake Municipal Service Center & Public Safety Training Tower at 1630 Brumlow Avenue, Southlake, TX 76092. The project includes three (3) ground-up, new buildings: Administration Building (11,146 SqFt): Two-story building with concrete tilt wall panels (with painted, masonry-look, formliner finish), TPO membrane roof, and slab-on-grade foundation system. Service Bay Building (14,277 SqFt): Single story, Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) with metal roof and slab-on-grade foundation system. Public Safety Training Tower (7,455 SqFt): Four-story building with suspended concrete slabs, CMU/masonry exterior walls, and slab-on-grade foundation system.
