PROJECT SCOPE The Scope of Work for this Project shall consist of providing all supplies, support services, data, labor, tools, materials, equipment, supervision, construction and all else required construct the project. The work shall include, but not be limited to, the following major items, to the extent specified and indicated. Construct civil improvmenets according to permitted plans. Install signage and pavement markings per permitted plans Install pedestrian signal equipment as indicated in permitted plans Install landscaping and irrigation per permitted plans The Contractor shall safely haul and legally dispose of all removed material from the site, and follow all safety and environmental codes and regulatory requirements for this work. Contractor shall maintain/warranty all landscaping included in the plans for a period of two (2) years, per project specifications. Contractor shall include an amount of $20,000.00 on their bid tab for relocation, repair or abandonment of existing irrigation lines within the project limits. This amount shall be controlled by METRO Project Manager. Work on existing irrigation lines shall be authorized by METRO Project Manager and paid for out of Existing Irrigation Modification line item. Any unused funds in the line item shall not be paid to the contractor.
