Total distance of approximately 255.29m (830 ft) and a width of 7.69m (25ft), map is attached The Town would like the invited contractors to propose how to repair or rebuild the Service Road, due to frost boils, soft spots, and lack of drainage. Your proposal must consist of how to fix, the duration of the project, your suggested time of year for best repair, and a financial estimate. Due to budget and financial commitments, this project may take place in 2025 and not necessarily in 2024. The successful contractor will: Plan an alternate route for patrons to the businesses - Reliabilt Trucking, Bumper to Bumper, New Oil Can Diner Work with the Town in the event of adverse weather Provide a letter of good standing from SWCB o Provide proof of $5,000,000 Commercial General Liability Insurance The Town of Rocanville will: Have the road surveyed to guarantee work is done within town owned property Have Call Before You Dig locates done The Town of Rocanville reserves the right to award the contract to any or no bidders, regardless of bid price.
