Renovation of an educational facility in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Children s Guild Transformation Academy located at 6802 McClean Blvd., Baltimore Maryland 21234 is seeking a qualified vendor to procure and install new maglocks on all doors for the front entrance of the school. The maglocks serve to control unauthorized entry, along with unsupervised egress from students. Project entails 5 doors composed of 2 sets of double doors, and 1 single door. Each door will require a maglock, and each set of doors will require an access pad for RFID systems and a pin for disengaging systems. All vendors must be able to conduct business in the city of Baltimore, Maryland. A set of plans and permit for work will be needed for this project. Due to the population of students and the school s schedule, all work will need to be done after hours and weekends. Transformation Academy would like this work to be completed before the 2024 school year begins in September 2024.
