The Village of Norwood has been awarded a 2nd, limited grant to address additional and immediate improvements needed at its Village Hall located at 13722 Elm St, Norwood, LA 70761. Minimum Required Work to be Completed: Upstairs: - Install 1x4 bead board on remaining upstairs ceiling - Add blown in insulation in attic upstairs - Add outlets, switches, 4 fans, 2 light fixtures and 4 can lights upstairs - Add base board, trim and shoe molding - Trim out of windows, add crown molding, base and shoe molding Throughout: - Paint all ceilings, walls, doors and trim throughout interior of building, excluding plaster - Purchase and install new sign for exterior - Purchase and install new flooring for upstairs and downstairs ***Budget for new flooring not to exceed $5.00 sq ft ***$1.42 sq ft for underlayment - Replace glass and doors on the first story, front of building
