Gilbane Building Company, serving as the Construction Manager for Duval County Public Schools, is soliciting proposals for the Badge Pass Improvement Project (BPIP) - Phase 3 Competitive bids will be considered for the following packages: 01C Final Cleaning, 02B Selective Demolition, 06A Millwork, 07B Joint Sealants, Waterproofing & Damp proofing, 08A Doors, Frames and Hardware, 08B Glass, Glazing and Storefront, 09A Framing and Drywall, 09B Flooring, 09C Ceilings and Sound Treatments, 09D Interior Painting, 10A Specialties, 10B Signage, 23B HVAC, and 26B Electrical and Low Voltage. All firms certified with DCPS Office of Economic Opportunity (OEO) are encouraged to participate in this bidding process.
