The work shall consist of, but not be limited to, construction of asphalt roadways over five current dirt roads, approximately a total of 1.3 miles, in St Johns Riverside Estates. Ancillary activities includes traffic control program, feathering asphalt to connected driveways and roadways, painted or thermoplastic pavement striping as needed, and other incidentals necessary to complete the work. The Putnam County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
