Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Victoria, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Bids are invited for several items and quantities of work as follows: 1. Parking lot removal and construction of new parking lot and ADA improvements consisting of concrete pavement, lime stabilized subgrade, sidewalk, and striping for approximately 3,700 Square Yards. A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the Victoria County or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, Section 3 Businesses, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit bids. Victoria County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Question Deadline 07/02/2024 All questions shall be directed to the Engineer
