Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Millburn, New Jersey. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

**As of July 23, 2024, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** Municipal Parking Lot #14 Reconstruction. The Scope of Work Shall Include, but Not Be Limited to: Parking Lot Improvements on Millburn's Municipal Parking Lot # 14, Which Includes Milling and Paving of the Lot Surface, Reconstruction of Existing Landscape Islands, Construction of a New Landscape Bed and Plantings and a New Rain Garden and Plantings, New Lighting, Reconstruction of a Concrete Headwall, Perforated Drain Pipe, Timber Guide Rail, Parking Lot Striping, and Other Ancillary Construction Items as Shown on the Plans or as Indicated in the Specifications. Included in the Scope of Work Will Be the Provision of Underground Electrical Conduit for Three (3) "Make-ready" Dual Charging Stations to Service Six (6) Ev Parking Spaces. Additionally, the Paving Shall Include a Section of the Parking Lot Which Shall Be Constructed as Permeable Paving in Accordance With Plan Details. Please Note the Following: the Required Njdep Permit for the Concrete Headwall Reconstruction Has Been Approved and Issued; the Supply and Installation of Ev Charging Station Equipment, Meter, and Panel is Not Included in This Contract. The Term of Contract for the Work Shall Be for a Period Anticipated to Commence Upon the Owner's Issuance of a Notice to Proceed to the Contractor. Submission of a Proposal Without the Bid Bond Shall Be Considered a Non-responsive Bid and Shall Be Rejected. A Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid, as Specified by the Bid Submitted by the Bidder, but Not in Excess of $20,000.00 Whichever is Lower, Must Be Submitted With the Bid as a Guarantee That if a Contract is Awarded by the Township, the Successful Bidder Shall Execute the Contract Required by the Contract Documents. Where the Contract Documents So Require, a Consent of Surety in the Amount Equal to 100% of the Bid Shall Also Be Required. Parking lot improvements on Millburn's municipal parking Lot # 14, including milling and paving of the lot surface, reconstruction of existing landscape islands, construction of a new landscape bed and plantings, a new rain garden and plantings, new lighting, reconstruction of a concrete headwall, perforated drain pipe, timber guide rail, parking lot striping, and other ancillary construction items as shown on the plans or as indicated in the Specifications. Bids Shall Be Accompanied by All Information Requested in the Contract Documents and Shall Be Enclosed in a Sealed Envelope Addressed to the Township Clerk, Bearing the Name and Address of the Bidder, and Designated as Follows: Municipal Parking Lot #14 Reconstruction the Township Expressly Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and/or to Waive Informalities in Accordance With the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law, N.j.s.a. 40a:11-1, Et. Seq. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
