South Point Irf Roadway Project Total Estimated cost of construction is $460,000. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. Prevailing Wage rates are required for this project. Contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of1972, and Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project shall also comply with President Executive Order 11246, as amended, requiring Affirmative Action for Equal Employment Opportunity. All contractors are required to have a drug-free work place program (a BWC program or comparable program) to bid on this project. Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, or ancestry. LCPA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities in the bidding; and to enter a contract with the bidder who in their consideration offered the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
