Each Bidder Must Deposit With His/her Proposal a Bid Security in an Amount Equal to at Least 10% of the Base Bid. Said Security Shall Be in the Form and Subject to the Conditions Given in Section 20 of the General Provisions. No Bidder May Withdraw His/her Bid Within 120 Days After the Actual Date of the Opening Thereof. Successful Bidders Must Enter Into the Agreement and Furnish a Contract Bond and Evidence of Required Insurance With Fifteen (15) Days After Notification Acceptance of Such Proposals, All as More Specifically Required in the Contract Documents. The New Garden Township is Committed to Assuring That Small Business Concerns Owned and Controlled by Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Individuals (Dbe) Are Included in Projects It Sponsors. The Project Specific Goal Been Established as 0.67% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. The New Garden Township is Committed to Meeting This Goal on All Services Provided, and the Contractor is Expected to Put Every Effort Forward to Meet the Above Dbe Goal. Proposals Must Include the Percentage Involvement of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Along With the Names of the Firms Involved, and the Completed Certification. The New Garden Township Expressly Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids or to Waive Any Informalities in the Same.
