The New Garden Township is Committed to Assuring That Small Business Concerns Owned and Controlled by Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Individuals (Dbe) Are Included in Projects It Sponsors. The Project Specific Goal Been Established as 0.67% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. The New Garden Township is Committed to Meeting This Goal on All Services Provided, and the Contractor is Expected to Put Every Effort Forward to Meet the Above Dbe Goal. Proposals Must Include the Percentage Involvement of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Along With the Names of the Firms Involved, and the Completed Certification. The New Garden Township Expressly Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids or to Waive Any Informalities in the Same.
