Valley Chile Road Reconstruction Project PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consists of the widening of Valley Chile Road from SH 20 (Doniphan Drive) to IH-10 Frontage Road (South Desert Boulevard) to a three-lane undivided roadway to include storm sewer system, retention pond, illumination, parkway landscaping, sidewalk, signing and striping, water main, and wastewater line improvements BIDDER REQUIREMENT: Proposal Volume I of II (Bid Packet) will only be issued to proposed bidders that: (1) are Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Prequalified Contractors, qualified under Item 2L Section 2 "Instructions to Bidders" of the TxDOT Local Government General Requirements and Covenants; and (2) have not been determined by the CRRMA to have been in default under a CRRMA contract within the past three (3) years. The CRRMA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive all technicalities, and to accept the bid or bids most beneficial to the CRRMA, as applicable.
