The City of New Rochelle reserves the right to allow all municipal and not for profit organizations authorized under the General Municipal Laws of the State of New York, to purchase any goods and/or services awarded as a result of this bid in accordance with the latest amendments to NYS GML 100 through 104 All vendors submitting bids are required to conform to all current NYS prevailing wage laws, the City has applied for and has received a PRC number 2024007083) for this project, which has been included with this document as an attachment. The City of New Rochelle department of Parks & Recreation is seeking bids from qualified Fence and Railing fabricators to remove the existing mesh deer fencing, which is the present fence, at the Paws Place Dog Park, at Ward Acres Park in New Rochelle - and replace with a black chain link fence system within the existing footprint of the Dog Park. It is our intent to have installation completed no later than October 1,2024
