As of July 25, 2024, project was awarded to Vestal Asphalt, Inc., with an awarded amount of $95,509.96. Seal Coat Bid: Furnish and place 13,067 SY of Double Seal Coat, 8,000 SY of Single Seal Coat, 4,534 SY of Extra Pass. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
