The project consists of site work and construction of a new 6,415 sf +/- single-story, masonry bearing wall fire station with a 1,760 sf +/- equipment platform level within the apparatus bay. Additionally, there are improvements to the existing building, mostly focused on exterior façade improvements, that are ADD bid alternates. Start Construction August 19, 2024
