The Town of Bishop's Falls is requesting proposals from qualified consultants/firms to study the feasibility of seeking Ministerial approval to extend the municipal boundary to include the lower section of Grenfell Heights currently in the municipal planning area. The successful consultant must demonstrate that it has the following attributes: (a) In-depth experience and a solid track record conducting feasibility studies in a municipal government context. (b) Robust understanding and knowledge of; a. Municipal planning and development. b. Environmental assessments. C. Civil engineering. d. Financial forecasting. e. Municipal taxation. (c) Capacity to complete the project in the specified timeframe. (d) Success with previous projects of similar scale and scope. (e) In general, the ability, knowledge, capacity, skills, and experience to complete the scope of work competently, professionally, and successfully. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
