As of April 4, 2025, . Construction commenced October 2023 and is nearing completion. All trades have been awarded Construction had commenced on the main project October 2023. These additional trades will be starting shortly after bidding and awarded. New documents have been released for these two trades. No pre-bid meeting will be held at the site. All trades are encouraged to make arrangements with the Construction Manager to visit the building site and familiarize yourself with the existing conditions. The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. This project includes the full renovation and additions for the three story McIntosh County courthouse located in Eufaula, OK. The additions consist of structural steel framing with full masonry veneer to match existing. There is a three story addition on the West and and single story vestibule entry on the East. The ground floor of the West addition is a CMU saferoom. The exterior of the existing building will be repaired and restored, replacing all windows and entries. The project will be completed in phases, starting with the new additions, then completing one level at a time on the interior renovations of the existing courthouse.
