The purpose of this bid package is to provide the County of Ocean with a contractor(s) who has the ability to successfully complete the tasks required as set forth in the specifications of this project: Reconstruction and Resurfacing of Portions of Certain County Roads, Contract 2022C, Various Townships. Question Response Deadline:June 27, 2024, 12:00pm Inquiries prior to bids in accordance with this Subsection shall be addressed to: Gary Leemann, Ocean County Engineering Department, 129 Hooper Ave., PO Box 2191, Toms River, NJ 08754, Telephone: 732-929-2130. Inquiries after award of contract shall be addressed to: Local Aid District 3 Office, Deval Desai, Senior Executive Each bid must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Certificate and by a guarantee in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total sum bid A Performance Bond in the form of a Certified Check (cash) or Bond, from a surety company authorized to transact business in the State of New Jersey, in the amount of 100% of total bid will be required from the successful bidder, The County reserves the right to waive any minor informalities in the bids,
