Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Provide all plant, labor, tools, equipment and materials (except as indicated otherwise in the specifications) and perform all work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications for individual Task Orders (TOs). The work is required in support of the Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) Directorate of Public Works (DPW) and the Seattle District Corps of Engineers (SD/COE). The contract for the required work will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) MATOC contract. The IDIQ covers a broad range of repair, maintenance, minor construction work, designbuild work, and incidental design on real property assets at the locations listed in Paragraph 1.3.1.1 below. Building 9691 is located on the north side of McCall Road at the intersection with S L Street on Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM). The Contractor shall supply all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials to perform all work in strict accordance with the umbrella contract specifications, this Statement of Work, and identified drawings to provide the building with a new HVAC system All questions regarding the technical aspects of this project, whether before, during, or after the site visit, must be submitted through the ProjNet website The magnitude of construction for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
