Renovation of an educational facility in Pointe-Claire, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Upgrades, repairs and improvements to Saint-Thomas high school building. The scope of work provides for upgrades and repairs of the building roofing and includes replacement of roof basins, hatches and roof access doors, replacement of roof fans and control equipment, upgrades to the building envelope, replacement of exterior building lights for LED, addition of access ladders. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded an architectural professional consulting firms to provide design and construction work supervision services for the project implementation. Preliminary studies and conceptual design are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in late fall 2024. Timelines of further project development are being finalized. Construction is preliminary expected in spring/summer of 2025.
