Lake Dotterer, located within the Church Creek drainage basin. The project aims to develop and evaluate alternative improvement concepts for flood reduction potential in varying design storms and tidal condition scenarios. It will be the selected Firm's responsibility to evaluate varying combinations of the alternative improvement concepts for conceptual cost and benefit (or additional options suggested by the selected Firm with concurrence of the City) to recommend project options. The City will review the project options with the selected Firm from a conceptual cost/benefit perspective and select a project, or series of projects. The selected Firm will then design an approach for the proposed improvements and verify conceptual assumptions. The selected Firm will then obtain the necessary permits and prepare construction plans and drawings for bid. The City will rely on ARPA Grants in support of these efforts. Studies completed by Weston & Sampson have provided details on the existing conditions and include conceptual recommendations for several improvement concepts and will be provided to the selected firm The Consultant should have the ability to meet Minority & Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) goals established by the City.
