The alarm and fire monitoring services required include comprehensive monitoring at various locations, Will Rogers State Historic Park, Los Encinos State Historic Park, Pio Pico State Historic Park, Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook, Los Angeles State Historic Park and Topanga State Park. This encompasses continuous oversight of both alarm systems and associated fire alarms. If there is a failure in alarm communication, it is necessary to notify the project manager within 24 hours. Up to fifty service calls are expected during the contract term, each allowing for up to one hour of labor, excluding parts, during normal business hours, with any additional time needing prior communication to the State Representative. Service requests must be responded to within 24 hours. The setup and termination of system connectivity are included in the monthly service fee, with no additional charges. Monthly invoices should be submitted as specified, and alarm panels must remain unlocked by the monitoring company, with RPS codes controlled by the State. Adherence to safety regulations and satisfactory completion of work according to Department of Parks and Recreation standards is essential. A valid Alarm Company Operator License and a C-10 License are required.
