Renovation of a municipal facility in Moultrie, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of August 21,2024, project was awarded to Fuller's Painting, but awarded amount is not available. o Complete interior to be painted, match existing colors o All trim to be painted using paint comparable to Corotech oil base industrial enamel high gloss finish (low VOC) o Any sheetrock repairs will be the responsibility of the contractor o Wall paint comparable to Ultra Spec eggshell finish, color to match existing o Ceiling paint to match existing color o Exterior door frames to be painted to match existing color o Two coats of paint to be applied on all painted surfaces o All materials needed will be supplied by contractor o Any cleanup is the responsibility of the contractor o Site visit mandatory o Any and all furniture to be moved will be the responsibility of the contractor
