Renovation of a mixed-use development in Clover, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and municipal facility.
The Town of Clover is accepting sealed bids for furnishing and installing two (2) multi-voltage, engine driven, stand-by rated generators at Town Hall, 116 Bethel Street, and one generator at the Clover Community Center, 120 Bethel Street, Clover, SC. The project is funded in whole by the Town of Clover. There will not be a pre-bid meeting for this project. BIDDER hereby agrees to commence WORK under this contract on or before a date to be specified in the NOTICE TO PROCEED and to fully complete the PROJECT within 270 consecutive calendar days thereafter A Bid security is NOT required as part of the bid Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. No questions will be accepted Two (2) working days prior to the date for opening of Bids Female and minority owned businesses are encouraged to submit a bid. Questions should be addressed to Joel E.
