The County reserves the right to reject all bids, any non-responsive bid, and to waive any minor informality in any bid received. The bonding range is $250,000-$300,000 All bidders shall be properly licensed by the Utah State Department of Commerce, Occupational and Professional License Division, to do the type of work specified by the plans and specifications for the Project for which bids are being sought by this Request for Bids in accordance with current Utah State Law. Scope:- The Work includes all of the work of Divisions 01 thru 33 for the South Main Public Health Center re-roof project. To replace the roof at South Main Health Clinic. -Provide all material, equipment, and labor for the removal of the existing metal coping and installation of new metal coping Project Location: 3690 South Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84115.
