Site work and renovation of a medical facility in Port McNeill, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
This Request for Tender is being issued by the Vancouver Island Health Authority ("Island Health") as it is seeking tenders from qualified Respondents to supply and install a 24' x 40' Modular building on the parking lot at 2161 McNeill Road, Port McNeill BC, V0N2R0. The modular is currently being constructed. This will include minor site prep, to support the modular. Constructing stairs and wheelchair ramps, skirting or the unit. Providing one net new 1 phase 200 amp 120/240v electrical service (including power pole fed from McNeill Rd), DATA tie ins to the main building and rough in for future plumbing connections. Site prep to begin in August 2024 with completion September 2024, pending completion of the modular construction.
