Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Lafayette, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 10,800-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility.
The scope of work is interior renovation of an existing 10,800 SF pre-engineered metal building into Artist Studios, Performance Areas, and Art Gallery. The work will include air conditioning and upgrading to the electrical systems. New interior partitions will define spaces and exterior walls and ceilings will be insulated. As of September 17, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. Board approval is pending. Although a firm timeline has not been confirmed, construction is not expected to start prior to Q1 2024. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
