Scope of Work SFRTA is seeking a qualified Contractor for the Tri-Rail Cypress Creek Station Rehabilitation Question Deadline 07/22/2024 at 2:00 PM ET SFRTA has an overall Agency DBE participation goal of 8% which Contractors are encouraged to meet The term of the Agreement shall be eight (8) month ("Contract Time") from the date as stated in the Notice to Proceed (the "Commencement Date") at which time a Punch List will be developed for the last deliverable of the Work, with Final Completion to occur within the following thirty (30) calendar days from the Substantial Completion date Any questions or requests for interpretations or supplemental instructions arising from this ITB must be submitted in writing to SFRTA's Contract Specialist, Ms. Debra Lehrhaupt, via Bonfire. Ms. Lehrhaupt shall be the sole point of contact for this procurement and can be reached at (954) 788-7912
